Whether you’ve lived far away from home before or have never been more than a few miles from your loved ones, we want to make sure you are ready and excited to begin your Disney story. Below are some important actions/tips you should follow to prepare for your program
Things to do as soon as possible:
In the event you feel a need to request an accommodation for medical, religious, housing or Covid-19 Vaccination, please take immediate action. Simply, click on the appropriate link below and carefully follow the instructions to complete and submit your request.
Things to bring with you:
It is recommended you bring money with you to cover your personal living expenses until your third pay period which could be up to 3 weeks (between $300 to $400).
Make sure to print, download, or screenshot all pages of your arrival itinerary so that they are available to you during your appointments (in case you do not have access to Wi-Fi).

For those that are staying in Flamingo Crossing Village:
If you plan to have a car during your program, please be sure to bring your valid driver’s license, current vehicle registration and proof of insurance with you.

What not to bring
The following items are prohibited and can not be brought with you:
- Drug Paraphernalia
- Grills / Candle / Open flame
- Air Mattress
Mini Refrigerators / Large Appliances
- Bicycles (there is no place to store your bike)
- Weapons including tasers, guns, machetes, martial arts weapons, and toys that resemble a real weapon
