Congratulations on receiving an extension to your internship!
If you elect to move out of Flamingo Crossings Village before your extension begins, you may do so on your original program/lease end date or the Saturday prior to your transfer for no additional Program Fees.
If you choose to continue living at Flamingo Crossings Village, please take note of the following:
- You are required to pay a program extension fee in order to reserve your spot in housing.
- If you have a parking hangtag, you will be required to renew it in order to continue parking at Flamingo Crossings Village. You will receive more instructions on renewing your hangtag closer to your extension start date.
- If you get extended again for more than 28 days, the same steps above will apply.
Once your leader has requested an extension, you will receive communication from the housing team regarding process and payment.
Failure to pay the program extension fee or complete registration may result in moving units or not being accounted for, so please let us know as soon as possible if you have not received information or are experiencing any difficulties.
