Who should I contact with questions about my W-2?
As a reminder, Disney Internships and Disney Programs teams are not involved in the distribution of tax documents. All questions regarding tax documents and addresses should be directed to the email address below.
If you did not complete the request for an electronic W2 prior to your departure from the program, DWSS Payroll will mail your tax document(s) using the most recent mailing address on-file in Workday. If you are unsure of your current mailing address in Workday, send your full name and personnel number to twdc.global.hr.operations@disney.com for assistance.
How will I receive my W-2 from the company?
As a Disney employee, your W-2 will be mailed to your mailing address or, if you opted in, emailed to your preferred email address. Please make sure your address is up-to-date prior to departing your program, or there could be delays in receiving your W-2. You can view and update your address on the HUB/MyDisneyToday while you are still a Cast Member.
Your W-2 will be mailed no later than Jan. 31.
How do I opt in to view my W-2 online?
Current Cast Members can opt in to receive and view their W-2 online. To do so, you will need to complete an opt-in request through D Tools HR. You must be connected to The Walt Disney Company network both when you complete the opt-in request and when you view your W-2 once it is available. After opting in, for the next 30 days when you enter the request site, you will receive the original opt-in message in case you decide to opt out. Once you opt in to receive your W-2 online, you will be automatically enrolled to receive your W-2 online for future years unless you decide to opt-out.
If you are leaving the company after your program, this option is not advised, as you will need access to the HUB/MyDisneyToday in order to view your W-2 online.
