Zoom is a video meeting platform that we use to conduct virtual interviews. These provide the convenience of not needing to drive to a specific location, which might be hundreds of miles away from where you are! They also allow more available time slots for a more flexible scheduling process.
If you are invited to interview via Zoom, one of our recruitment coordinators will send you the meeting information as well as a link to access it.
Please find a quiet area with minimal distractions. Also make sure that you have a stable internet connection prior to beginning the interview. You can call the phone number provided in the meeting information using a landline or cell phone to connect your audio and minimize echo. You can also use headphones for this same reason.
