Lost Connection During the Interview
- If you lose internet connection during your OnDemand interview, close your web browser, re-open it, go back to your interview invitation, and start again. You will return to your last unanswered question. If you lost connection during a question, there is a chance that when you continue your interview, the answer will already be submitted. If this happens, complete the rest of the interview, and let your recruiter know about your connection issues as soon as possible.
No Audio or Video in my Practice Questions
- Make sure no other programs are using your camera or microphone. Check your settings, restart your computer, and try a different browser.
- If issues persist, we recommend using a different device to complete the interview.
